  1. Any and all contact information provided or available at KludgeWeb.net -service is for the sole purpose of providing feedback from the service.
  2. Any commercial transmissions offering any goods or services are not considered feedback from the KludgeWeb.net -service.
  3. Nothing in the content of KludgeWeb.net -service shall be considered as any kind of solicitation, invitatiotion or request to send any offering any goods and services.
  4. Any other use of any contact information found in KludgeWeb.net -service including, but not limited to, including any such contact information to a list, database or catalog, or sending any kind of commercial email is subject to separate terms. By engaging in any of such activities you acknoledge, accept and unconditionally agree to the terms for such activities presented later on this document.

Terms for using contact information from KludgeWeb.net -service and for sending sending unsolicited commercial email using any contact information from KludgeWeb.net -service. 1) By including any contact information from KludgeWeb.net to a list, database or catalog, or by sending unsolicited commercial email to any email address found from the service you acknowledge that you accept and agree to these terms in full. 2) You agree to be bound by these terms regardless of the method used accessing the service and obtaining the contact information. 3) You agree and accept that using any automated system to access the service or to obtain contact information by the service does not free you from obligations set forth in these terms. 4) You agree to accept any and all interpretations, definitions or other decisions made by KludgeWeb.net -service or its maintainers regarding any matter concerning these terms including, but not limited to, interpretation of these terms or definition of commercial email. 5) Nothing in the KludgeWeb.net -service shall be considered as solicition for sending commercial email. 6) You shall not provide any contact information from KludgeWeb.net -service to any third party unless the third party accepts these terms. 7) By providing contact information obtained from KludgeWeb.net -service to any third parties you agree and accept liability for any and all fees resulting from actions of that third party, and agree to pay a penalty fee of five hundred (500) euros, unless you offer written proof that the third party has accepted and agreed to these terms. 8) For each and every transmission of unsolicited commercial email sent using contact information obtained from KludgeWeb.net -service you will pay a processing and storage fee of one (1) euro per received message byte. Message size shall include any and all headers and content in same encoded form it was received. 9) Upon including any information to a list, database or catalog or when sending any commercial email you are required to send correct and valid contact information or payment information for any fees. The information may be contained in the message being sent. Failure to disclose valid and correct contact information results in penalty fee of five thousand (5000) euros. 10) Failure to pay any fees within 48 hours for any reason results in 11% cumulative overtime penalty fee for each 48 hours the payment is delayed. 11) In no event shall you require, request or demand any compensation, fee, payment or damages from KludgeWeb.net -service or it maintainers. You agree to pay in full for any and all damages, payments, fees or expenses, including any legal fees, caused directly or indirectly by your actions to KludgeWeb.net or it maintainer. You also agree to pay 11% interest for any such expenses. 12) This conract does not in any way prevent KludgeWeb.net -service or its maintainers taking any administrative or legal actions against you. 13) These terms may change without prior notification and all updates shall apply to you 48 hours after being made.
